System One Civil 3D Designer in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania

System One is seeking a Civil 3D CAD Designer for a client in Coraoplois, PA.

Position Summary: The Civil 3D CAD Designer will work on projects for clients in the municipal, water and sewer authorities, private development, industry, and utilities sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed CAD drawings and plans for municipal projects, translating engineering designs and specifications into clear and accurate visual representations.

  • Gather and incorporate critical site data, including topographical information and utility details, to inform CAD designs.

  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of CAD drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to drafting standards.

  • Work closely with project team members, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate feedback and ensure project requirements are met.

  • Ensure that all CAD designs and drawings comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as municipal guidelines and industry codes.

    Requirements:

  • Associates degree in Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD)

  • 2+yrs Design experience in civil/municiapl projects

  • Autodesk Civil 3D required
