Adecco is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Showroom Customer Service Representative in Coral Springs, FL. The ideal candidate will have a friendly disposition, strong communication skills, and a passion for providing top-tier customer service. Position: Showroom Customer Service Representative

Location: Coral Springs, FL

Pay Rate: $16.88 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (1 Saturday per month)

Assignment Type: Temp

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet all customers entering the showroom with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Answer incoming showroom calls and handle inquiries with proper phone etiquette.

• Communicate appointment policies effectively to customers.

• Manage customer sign-ins, maintain the central appointment book, and organize job folders.

• Prepare shipping labels for outgoing orders.

• Assist with digital tagging (training provided).

• Open and close the showroom, ensuring all security protocols are followed.

• Restock essential showroom supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience:

• 1+ years of customer service experience

• 1-2 years of experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (data entry).

• Friendly, professional personality with a strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.

• Experience in sales and customer service is a plus.

Requirements:

• .Required to work 1 Saturday a month from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

• Must arrive 5 minutes early to open the showroom on scheduled workdays.

Pay Details: $16.88 per hour
