About the role

CBRE isseekinga highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join the team. As a Mobile Maintenance Engineer, you willbe responsible formaintainingand repairing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at our clients’ retail and corporate facilities. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Whatyou’lldo

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other building equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with building systems.

  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and make recommendations for repairs or replacements.

  • Maintainaccuraterecords of all maintenance activities performed.

  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are metin a timely manner.

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

  • Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.

Whatyou’llneed

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

  • Valid Driver’s Licenserequired.

  • Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
