Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and highly experienced Manager of HR Data Analytics to join our Human Resources team. In this key leadership role, you will oversee the HR data analytics function, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and enhance HR processes. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of complex HR data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to deliver real-time, data-driven insights to HR leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous validation and quality control processes.

  • Strategic Insights:

  • Provide forward-looking insights and data-driven recommendations to inform HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.

  • Partner with HR leadership to identify key performance metrics and KPIs to assess the impact and success of HR programs.

  • Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR processes, leveraging data to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Implement industry-leading best practices in HR data analytics and stay abreast of emerging trends and technological advancements.

  • Collaboration and Communication:

  • Collaborate closely with HR business partners, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment and seamless integration of HR data across the organization.

  • Present complex data findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to senior leadership, ensuring understanding and alignment with business goals.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and developed a team of HR data analysts, fostering a high-performance culture focused on innovation, growth, and continuous learning.

  • Promote collaboration and professional development within the team, encouraging the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in HR data analytics, HR, or a similar role.

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience managing and leading a team.

  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practices.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.

  • Skill in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data.

  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Workday Reporting and data integration.

  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.

  • Certification in HR analytics or related credentials.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
