Hyatt Assistant Operations Manager-F&B in CORAL GABLES, Florida

The Assistant Operations Manager will support both the Stewarding and F&B operations including: Banquets and Restaurants/Outlets. Responsibilities may include scheduling, overseeing maintenance and sanitation of all food production service areas, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, as well as all operating procedures. Qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.

  • Refined verbal communication skills (Bilingual - Spanish preferred but not required)

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
