Waste Connections Customer Service Representative - National Accounts in Coquitlam, British Columbia
Waste Connections of Canada is a leading non-hazardous solid waste management in North America. We are looking for a SAFETY inclined, energetic, autonomous, and proactive team player who is capable of making a difference in his/her team and community.
We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) representing our National Accounts team based out of our office in Coquitlam, BC or Abbotsford, BC .
As a National Accounts - Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the voice of Waste Connections of Canada, upholding one of our key operating values. Your success in this role is dependent on how hard you work and how well you communicate with both internal and external customers. Your demonstration of organization/time-management skills, along with your personal and ethical behavior, is of paramount importance in this position.
Salary: $55,000-$60,000/year + 10% Bonus
Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM, Monday to Friday
Key tasks:
Serve as single point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
Schedule waste/recycling services, as requested
Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements to the customer
Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer billing problems through account corrections
Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
We are busy, but a fun place to work. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will field a high volume of calls and emails consistently and respond with your speedy data entry, excellent call quality, and proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service/billing experience
Accurate data entry skills & customer service skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Written and Oral communication skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
