Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician- Level 4

Compensations and Benefits:

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $26.50 to $29.70+, actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Job Summary:

Provide corrective and preventative maintenance on all CMR exterior and interior structures and systems. Includes plumbing repair, alteration, remodel, and install with abs, pex, copper sweating, steel/iron fitting; work on natural gas lines; backflow preventer repair and certification; water treatment system repairs and testing; commercial HVAC troubleshooting and repair; motors, controls, and pneumatics maintenance; electrical repairs up to 220v, breakers/transformers; door and window repair/install; maintenance of building trim, decks, siding, FRP, drop ceilings, countertops, and cabinetry; wall framing; locksmithing; advanced commercial appliance repair/maintenance; drywall, painting, surface prep, product selection, and texture matching; use of ladders and aerial lifts; tile and grou

Basic Requirements:

• Must be flexible to working days and hours, especially ramp up/down and busy occupancy periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to distinguish colors.
• Must be able to work in all types of conditions:
• Must be able to work in all types of conditions:
• Crawl spaces, cold or hot areas, inside and outside.
• Must be able to work in small, hard to reach places.
• Must be able to work on or around roof areas of buildings
• Must be able to work well with others and be a team player, while helping to lead and develop other staff members.
• Must keep accurate records and be able to communicate properly with vendors and sub-contractors.
• Due to the sensitive nature of this position, a criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted. This background check will be done in accordance with standards enacted under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Must have a valid US Driver's license.
