Job Description
Position Overview: We seek an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, and other related services. As a Salesforce Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions that drive business success and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Design: Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and leverage best practices.
Platform Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and platforms, including eCommerce, marketing automation, and third-party applications.
Customization and Development: Oversee the customization of Salesforce applications to meet specific business requirements, including the development of custom objects, workflows, and Apex code.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure successful project execution.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Compliance and Security: Ensure all Salesforce solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
Training and Support: Mentor and support junior team members, providing training on Salesforce best practices and new features.
Qualifications:
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field, such as engineering or computer science, is preferred.
Experience: At least 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role, with extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM, and other Salesforce platforms.
Certifications: Salesforce Architect Certification and other relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and other Salesforce development tools.
Integration Skills: Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, data integration techniques, and middleware solutions.
Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Analytical Thinking: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other CRM and ERP systems.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
Understanding of marketing automation tools and strategies.
