Job Description
Earn $21 - $24 / hour! This is an in-office role in Coppell, TX with the following schedule:
Wednesday: 12PM - 7PM
Thursday - Saturday: 7AM - 7PM
During training, hours will be Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM
The Human Resources Coordinator is an in-office position that aids with and facilitates human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the Human Resources department in a variety of ways including, but not limited to the following: record-keeping, file maintenance, general HR inbox upkeep, and HRIS entry.
Essential Duties
Manages the Missing in Action process for Field team members
Manages the general HR email inbox and distributes relevant information to appropriate parties
Administers special projects as assigned
Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, and maintains I-9 files
Submits online investigation requests and assists with new employee background checks
Submits new hire onboarding documents to new hires and maintains contact until fully onboarded
Assists with processing terminations
Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions
Files documents into appropriate employee files
Assists and prepares correspondence as requested
Prepares new employee files
Processes mail and reviews all HR mail to disseminate to appropriate groups in a timely manner
Provides back up to the Receptionist
Handles other administrative and clerical tasks as assigned or requested, including maintaining client files, covering other tasks assigned as back up, and processing overflow paperwork

Education and Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in an administrative HR role required
