The Role
As Nordic Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for shaping and executing the trade marketing calendar on MAC for our retailers & e-retailers. Your role is to lead and optimize our trade marketing initiatives both on a strategic, tactical and operational level
You will be reporting directly to the Nordic Brand Director for MAC, Smashbox & Bobbi Brown, and work closely with the Make-up grouping marketing team, our Key Account Managers as well as our operational team.
Your key responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing strategy and plan based on business and shopper insights that support short- and long-term business objectives.
Develop and present Trade Marketing presentations at sales & retailer meetings.
Identify business potential and develop tactical actions based on these.
Develop and secure best in class implementing of off- and online brand activation activities and coop advertising.
Evaluate trade activations and follow up on monthly retail sales.

Your profile
You are a result oriented, ‘hands on’ marketer with outstanding communication skills and a high energy level. You are a team player and used to handling multiple projects and adhering to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a superb eye for detail. You have an analytical mindset and a strong personal interest in trade marketing.
Your qualifications
You have a relevant Master’s degree within marketing, business or communication
Have 5 years of work experience with trade marketing in a Business to Consumer market
You have strong communication, presenting and relationship-building skills
You are a super user in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
You are fluent in English and preferably one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finish or Swedish)
