Through your product teams youwilldeliverinnovativedigital solutions for theGlobal Supply Chain functionsin the LEGO Group with the latest technologies & methodologies available in themarket place.
Core Responsibilities
Lead and develop an excellent team ofDirectors,Senior Managers and Lead Engineers
Be a core member of the cluster leadershiptriofor Supply Chain products, together with the Head of Product andtheHead of Digital Design
Ensuredelivery ofproductoutcomesthroughindustry leadingengineering practices
Build a talent pipeline across the productcluster, includingindividual development,sparring &coachingandperformanceassessment
Driveprioritized strategic initiatives forwardwith high attention to continuousvalue creation
Facilitate a learning approach in the team bymaintaining,developingand sharing insights on key methodologies,approachesand market trends in the industry
Set your teams up for success,based oninvestmentpriorities set inouryearly portfolio process and quarterly value reviews for the relevantproductaudience(s)
Achieve cost efficiencies and time savings by developing process improvements

This organizationhasteamslocatedin Denmark (Billund & Copenhagen)anddeliverstechnology to audiences in Colleagues OPS,Partnerand Shopperbusinessteams.It willwork across supply chaintechnologies, touching onecommerceandthe technology involved inforecasting, planningmanufacturinganddistributingour products,as well aspitching in on thefuturevision for our global supply chain.
Do you have what it takes?
Deep technicalexpertisewithin the supply chain space
Deep experience as leader of leaders in a global context
Hands-on technical background with the credibility to lead specialist engineers
Experience with leading agile technology development teams or organizations
Preferably digital supply chain experience from a Retail or CPG company with global reach
Experience working with collaborators at the VP+ level
Strong communicator that can bridge strategic vision with tactical direction and operational planning for a large global organization
Fluency in English Language required
Nice to have
Experience with cloud providers like Amazon or Microsoft
Experience with implementation of products from best-of-suite like SAP and best-of-breed vendors like Kinaxis, Anaplan and o9
Biased to action over strategizing
Experience with SCRUM,KanBan,SAFeor similar
Msc. In IT engineering orbusiness relatedfield like Supply Chainor Manufacturing
