Business Partner, Corporate Product Quality Assurance

Are you ready to kick-start your career within Quality Assurance in an international pharmaceutical company and to supply medicines to patients around the world? We are currently looking for an ambitious and flexible professional for the position of Business Partner.

Your future team

As Business Partner you will work closely with Anne Bekker-Jensen, Vice President of CPQA and be a part of an organization with overall responsibility for our Global Quality Management system. CPQA consist of 2 departments, QA Systems and IT QA with a total of 24 employees. CPQA is a unit that reports to Corporate Product Quality (CPQ). CPQ is the overall Commercial Quality Organization in Lundbeck with around 150 employees.

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

You will be part of the CPQA leadership team and be involved in cross organizational projects.

As Business Partneryour key responsibilities will be:

  • Support and improve local performance management systems.

  • Support various reporting systems.

  • Participate and execute on short- and long-term projects.

  • Prepare and follow up on budget for the department.

  • Support in preparation of financial or business analysis and presentations.

  • Planning, coordination, and facilitation of meetings and workshops.

What you bring to the team

Our preferred candidate possesses the following qualifications:

  • You have a relevant academic background in Life Science, Economics or Business.

  • You have experience from relevant student jobs.

  • You are business-minded and have the ability to work both individually and able to build relations across the various functions of the organization.

  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.

  • You have strong analytical skills.

  • You have a basic understanding of financial planning.

  • You are a focused and can use various IT-systems and adopt new technologies.

  • You are an experienced user within Microsoft office tools.

  • You demonstrate good planning skills and manages conflicting demands to meet deadlines.

In addition to this, we expect you to be fluent in Danish and English.
