Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Manager for its office in Coopersburg, PA to serve in a key leadership position for Lutron's global operations. The position requires, at a minimum, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Supply Chain, or a related Engineering discipline plus five years of progressively-responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation; a Bachelor's-level grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or foreign equivalent; five years' experience in a supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environment; strong understanding of cost accounting principles and manufacturing operations financials; knowledge of business and management principles including strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation and human resources; experience driving continuous improvements with Lean or Six Sigma strategies; and three years' experience with ERP.
