Immediate Production Sanitation Opportunity

Sanitation-Swings (12:30 pm to 9 pm)

Salary Compensation:  $16 hour + $1.50 shift differential

$500 Sign on Bonus, No Probationary Period for Health Insurance*

Job Summary:

The Sanitation Associates are responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of various warehouses and equipment. He or she will be responsible for ensuring equipment is cleaned and sanitized according to company procedures and specifications.

Job Duties:

• Assist production personnel in tear down of equipment.

• Help maintain clean work areas.

• Remove debris and trash from floor as needed.

• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing of equipment.

• Work in various warehouses assisting production with maintaining clean racks, walls, and cabinets.

• Maintaining cleanliness of outside grounds and silo areas.

   

  Personal Characteristics:

• Must be hard working and able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

• Must be punctual and self-motivated.

• Must be able to work individually and with a team.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

• Must be comfortable working on ladders and scissor lifts.

   

  Experience: (Preferred)

• Have previous experience in a food facility.

• Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instruction.

• Have previous exposure to sanitation procedures and GMP’s .

   

   

   

  Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a facility that handles allergens including but not limited to: wheat, soy, egg, milk, and tree nuts.

• Must be able to work in open environments exposed to pungent odors and varying climates.

• Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, stooping and climbing.
