Our client, a dynamic manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production team member to join their team. As a Production employee, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various production needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production

Location: Sparta, TN

Shift: Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm ($14) or Fri-Sun 6am-6:30pm ($16.10)

What's the Job?

• Work in sewing, cutting, embroidery, screen printing, sublimation, warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping.

• Maintain equipment and make adjustments as required.

• Identify and report defects to the area lead during the production process.

• Follow production schedules to produce products on time.

What's Needed?

• Ability to understand product specifications and visuals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Ability to learn new tasks quickly.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
