Position Summary & Location

As a Technology Product Manager on the ABL Tech Digital Transformation team, you manage applications, tools, and software that enable e-commerce transactions and post-transaction processes, including post-shipment transaction technology and warranties.

Leveraging your experience in product management, data analytics, and user experience, you drive product innovation and improve operational efficiency. You also develop technology, business, and domain expertise to build a strategic long-term vision for our customer journeys. And partner with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, UX designers, sales, marketing, supply chain, customer experience, and operations to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver features to drive sales, acquisition, user productivity, user efficiency, and customer retention. Your efforts contribute to the reinvention of our technology systems for a more impactful workflow and modern experience.

This remote position is U.S.-based.

Primary Responsibilities Include

  • Consult and Collaborate : Work with stakeholders to understand the customer journey, service channels, and business objectives to create effective solutions.

  • Research and Evaluate : Identify areas of opportunity to drive productivity and optimize our technology tools.

  • Problem Solving : Articulate problems and propose solutions to relevant stakeholders, utilizing structured thinking methods such as journey mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and dependency mapping.

  • Product Lifecycle Management : Own the entire product lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, test and learn goals, MVPs, user stories, sprint execution, launch, and iteration. Develop feedback loops to inform product iteration.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with customer experience, sales, marketing, distribution, other product managers, engineers, and operations virtually across multiple offices and time zones to prioritize features and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategy.

  • Deliver user Experience Enhancements : Continuously improve and innovate to enhance user experience.

  • Empathetic Communication : Use empathy to understand different perspectives and deliver solutions that address the needs of various stakeholders. Communicate product plans, updates, and results to technology and business leaders, gather requirements, present findings, and make recommendations. Operate comfortably in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.

  • Drive Innovation and Integration : Stay informed about emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation) to integrate innovative solutions into our transaction to asset management tools and processes.

  • Development and Support : Collaborate with the team to develop, deploy, and maintain e-commerce transactions and post-shipment management tools.

  • Gather and Analyze Information : Collect, analyze, and organize complex data, conduct comparative analyses, and make fact-supported recommendations. Present clear solutions to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in product management for e-commerce platforms.

  • Proven track record of using data and analysis to support prioritization and product execution.

  • Strong user experience and analytics background.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with highly cross-functional teams.

  • Intellectually curious with a data-driven mindset, experience in shipping, and iterating based on data.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Familiarity with data visualization and analysis tools like Power BI.

  • Experience facilitating a digital transformation with focus on transitioning to e-commerce platforms. Examples: Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, OpenCart, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Squarespace, etc.

  • Experience with post-shipment management software like IBM Maximo, Infor EAM, SAP Service Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, or similar.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).

  • Exposure to emerging technologies like IoT, AI, and automation.

The range for this position is $86,400.00 to $194,100.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant’s experience and geographic location.
