Shop Foreman

Ultimate LLC is immediately hiring a Shop Foreman for commercial projects in the Conyers area. The pay range is $25.00 - $31.00 per hour based on experience. All Shop Foremen are scheduled for 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven leaders. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.

Ultimate Job Duties:

• Supervise and manage daily shop operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.

• Coordinate and oversee jobs through the shop, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.

• Lead a team in tasks such as welding, painting, and fitting, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Utilize blueprints to ensure accurate and precise execution of projects.

• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures.

• Problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

• Ensure all shop activities meet OSHA standards.

Ultimate Shop Foreman Requirements:

• 10 years of Steel Fabrication experience required.

• Extensive knowledge and experience in welding, fitting, painting, and blueprint reading.

• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to drive team performance.

• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.

• Valid Driver’s License (Required).

• Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) required.
