Come be a part of Acxiom's accounting team! Your responsibilities will be related to accounting and administration of Acxiom fixed assets along with other general accounting and reporting duties. The fixed asset team’s primary responsibility is to ensure fixed assets are recorded and reported accurately in financial systems and financial statements. You will participate in day-to-day activities of the fixed asset team and assist in other areas as needed on the accounting team. You will prepare journal entries and complete monthly reconciliations for the fixed asset and other balance sheet accounts. You will partner across business lines and functions in supporting the Procure to Pay (P2P) processes, along with FP&A teams. You will also connect with the Global accounting teams as needed.

Duties and responsibilities

• Low to moderate complexity of assignments

• Ability to understand the “big picture” view

• Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines

• Willingness to suggest process improvements

• Maintain G/L account balances in accordance with GAAP

• Perform account analysis

• Assist with internal and external audits

• Record fixed asset acquisitions and disposals in Workday

• Reconcile the fixed asset subledger to the general ledger

• Conduct periodic updates from IT Asset Tracking System to Fixed Assets

• Calculate Depreciation

• Assist with Capital Project Tracking and Reporting

• Assist with Monthly and Ad hoc Reporting

• Assist with preparing and maintaining business process documentation

What you need:

Required

• Bachelor's degree without experience; or an advanced degree; or equivalent work experience

• Knowledge of GAAP accounting

• Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically Excel

• Good analytical and organizational skills

• Good communication skills

• Workday knowledge is a plus

• Candidates must be in Arkansas & work in the Conway Office.

Preferred
