Com quem você trabalhará?

O time de Fulfillment (Compras) tem alta interface com os fornecedores nacionais e internacionais, Qualidade de Fornecedores, desenvolvimento de fornecedores, PCP (Planejamento e Controle de Produção), Gerentes de produção, Atendimento ao Cliente e Gerenciamento de Programas.

Além disso, trabalhará juntamente com o time de global de Excelência Operacional visando melhoria contínua dos processos.

Como você irá fazer a diferença?

Como Líder do time Fulfillment, você será responsável por gestão de performance e relacionamento com fornecedores garantindo as entregas de materiais para nossos clientes internos.

• Vasta experiência profissional em suprimentos.

• Capaz liderar e fazer mentorias com os membros do time.

• Boas habilidades de resolução de problemas/negociação.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicação.

• Capacidade de apresentar informações para todos os níveis da hierarquia.

• Conhecimento de funcionalidades de MRP e ferramentas Lean.

• Conhecimento de processos logísticos nacional e internacional.

• Inglês avançado.

Como será o seu dia a dia?

• Liderar o time através dos KPIs e performance de fornecedores.

• Preparar e reportar os KPIs para alta gerência.

• Gerenciar de risco e crise de abastecimento de fornecedores.

• Desenvolver soluções de Supply Chain para melhoria dos processos.

• Desenvolver forte relacionamento com fornecedores e parceiros internos.
