POSITION: Software System Senior Engineer

LOCATION: 1 W Elm Street, Suite 200, Conshohocken, PA 19428

JOB DUTIES: Responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the business goals, needs and general business environment according to Agile methodologies. Work with product management, software developers, other engineering teams, customer success and support on developing cutting edge new product features and enhancements across various areas of Boomi offerings. Collaborate to release features through the software development lifecycle. Guide and participate in design, development, testing, and deployment of Boomi Integration products and services including enhancements and/or resolution of any issues that may be reported. Investigate and resolve complex customer issues. Mentor other Boomi quality engineers, including design collaboration and test reviews. Understand the Integration landscape, and customer challenges in order to recommend new features and validate existing ones. Contribute to manual and automated testing suite to ensure future software stability. Design and code performance and non-functional testing activities. Analyze the impact on the users and overall system. Be able to generate Go/No-Go decisions for developed features. Telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related field. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree (or a foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related field. Must have demonstrated experience with:

• Performing web application testing using Selenium WebDriver within Linux environments, including creating and maintaining test automation frameworks in Java, and using Junit, TestNG, and Maven.
• Working with highly scalable, high throughput web applications and backend systems using micro service architecture with Linux OS, utilizing system commands, and shell scripting.
• Performing complete CI/CD lifecycle from source control (BitBucket) to Jenkins and Harness pipelines.
• Testing REST API's and SOAP Projects using POSTMAN, CURL, SOAP UI and READY API.
• Using AWS technologies, including Cloudformation, S3, ECS, EKS, Cloudwatch, ALB, and EC2.
• Using SQL and relational database systems, including MySQL.
• Working with systems using caching capabilities, including Ehcache and Terracotta Server.
• Completing load testing process using New Relic or a similar Application Performance Management tool to monitor performance metrics, including response time of business transactions.

OFFERED WAGE: $140,046/year
