Lead Carpenter

• Oversee and perform all aspects of carpentry work, including framing, drywall installation, trim work, cabinetry, and finish carpentry

• Lead and manage a team of carpenters and laborers, ensuring efficient and high-quality work

• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Conduct site assessments to determine the scope of work and develop a plan for restoration

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies

• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns or questions

• Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations
