Keep machinery, systems, infrastructure, and equipment functioning properly Design & write maintenance strategies, procedures and methods Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults Diagnose breakdown problems Repair faulty equipment and make sure repairs are working correctly Carry out routine inspections on equipment Procure maintenance supplies and parts Manage maintenance tools, stores and equipment Monitor and control maintenance costs Schedule and supervise 3rd party technicians Maintain safety culture and safe work environment Operate equipment as needed (Truck, forklift, etc.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

10 years of maintenance experience Advanced knowledge of engines, hydraulics, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Ability to read system schematics. Advanced troubleshooting skills. Understanding of safety and equipment procedures. Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast paced multi-disciplined environment.
