A healthcare practice in Conroe is in need of a Medical Office Specialist on a temporary to full time basis who is fully bilingual in Spanish to work in their dental practice! Duties include working in the registration area checking patients in/out, scheduling appointments and collecting co-pays. Someone fully bilingual in Spanish is required! Requirements • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

• Prior experience in a medical front desk or similar role is preferred

• Proficiency in the Spanish Language is required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as MS Office

• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality

• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems is a plus

• Must adhere to professional standards, office policies and procedures, and federal, state, and local requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stress effectively.
