Position: Industrial Maintenance Planner

Description:

Join our team as a Maintenance Planner and collaborate with Technical Leads to implement and continuously improve preventive maintenance (PM) programs and rebuild schedules in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for all industrial equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Technical Leads to implement and improve PM programs and schedules in CMMS.

• Establish standardized forms for PM procedures and use maintenance protocols and failure analysis methodologies to determine optimal frequencies for preventive and predictive maintenance.

• Monitor plant-wide production schedules, backlogs, and completion rates, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to report results.

• Participate, lead, and train Maintenance Personnel in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing activities, including Review and Response Meetings and daily maintenance meetings.

• Solicit quotes from vendors/contractors for various projects and schedule maintenance with original equipment manufacturers (OEM) or third-parties using CMMS.

• Create work orders, purchase orders, and purchase requisitions for materials or equipment not procured by contractors for Capital Expenditure Authorization Request (CEAR) projects.

• Work with Maintenance Technicians to optimize PM work orders and scheduling.

• Analyze data related to Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) when working on reliability improvement projects with technicians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $72800.00/yr.
