POSITION TITLE:  Advisor, Full Time, 12 months

STATUS:   Non-Exempt

STANDARD HOURS:  8 hours per day; hours may vary dependent on programming needs, 40 hours per week

REPORTS TO: GEAR UP Site Director

SALARY:  Starting at $36,000 with potential to increase based on relevant experience and qualifications.
