Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Project Manager who will help lead and execute workstreams within the People & Places Technology Team ((People Tech is now required (Workday, HCM, Aventure, ICIMS etc.). Strong Technical expertise inclusive of writing test updates, interfacing with the engineering teams around gaps and dependencies. Being able to connect the dots on impacts and associated risks.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Project scope: Will be helping client with implementing, migrating or retiring systems such as: Radiancy, Eloqua, ICIMS (eliminating), Assess for Awesome (migrate), workday etc. (these types of tools are a nice to have not a must have)

  • Will be responsible for leading stakeholder meetings, communicating upwards on risks, issues, deliverables and achievements.

  • Will be responsible for helping understand and execute against requirements and timelines.

  • Will partner with Product, vendors, HR/Talent and other cross functional stakeholders to optimize, help ensure UAT and to stay on track with the appropriate milestones

  • Ad hoc reporting and management as needed.

  • Serve as the PM to the leader of the group, inclusive of presentations, attending key meetings in their place and helping keep deliverables updated.

  • Will be responsible for reviewing dashboards, project status (red, yellow, green) and updating appropriate parties, as necessary.

  • Experience working with systems integrators, other consulting firms and vendors

  • Will have to balance running projects and doing tasks like taking minutes and coordination (balance of a PM and a BA)

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience as a TPM on aPeople & Places Technology Team (People Tech is now required (Workday, HCM, Aventure, ICIMS etc.)

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
