Starting Hourly Pay Range: $22.06 - $29.43

*This position offers a Trainee Status at an hourly pay rate of $21.21; candidate must meet the minimum qualifications within one (1) year of hire date.

37.5- hour work week

*Please note, this position is eligible for an Alternative, Flexible, or In-State Remote-Hybrid schedule upon completion of an in-office training period. This position is not fully remote.

SUMMARY: Performs all functions relative to the review and gathering of information and facts, and the adjudication of alerts or issues, on basic to complex claims for unemployment compensation in order to determine eligibility for benefits.
