Wells Fargo Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - Transformation & Optimization in CONCORD, California
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant within Strategy, Digital, & Innovation (SDI) and Enterprise Payments. This individual will support Transformation and Optimization (TAO), an internal consulting team focused on the advancement and optimization of strategic enterprise initiatives. TAO supports all business lines, focusing on areas such as organizational transformation, defining and implementing target operating models and other change management activities as well as other ad-hoc business priorities.
In this role, you will:
Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term and cross functional with broad impact, scope, and complexity.
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution.
Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include product and organizational transformations, target operating model development, risk mitigation, and process efficiencies.
Demonstrate understanding of Agile principles and practices to support leading iterative change and deliver tangible outcomes.
Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, guide resolution of issues and ensure project tasks are completed according to established timelines.
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Support the business in oversight and execution of key strategic priorities, objectives and key results for the team and the leaders of the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Understanding of Strategy, Digital & Innovation and Enterprise Payments business operations, processes, products, and customer interactions
Strong end-to-end project management skills with solid focus on strategy development, stakeholder collaboration and ability to execute on deliverables
Prior experience implementing and influencing Agile methodologies and standards with non-Agile businesses and product teams
Prior experience working in a corporate environment or consulting firm supporting complex transformation projects
Highly motivated with an organized work style and the ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Strong analytical ability used to identify risks, confidently raise issues, and escalate appropriately
Experience developing partnerships with strong ability to influence and collaborate with other business and functional areas

Candidates must be willing to work out of either Charlotte, NC (Uptown location) or San Francisco Bay Area. No other locations will be considered.
Pay Range for San Francisco, CA: $138,500.00 - $287,600.00 USD Annual Base Salary
