Robert Half HR Generalist in Compton, California

Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to join our team in the manufacturing industry located in Compton, California. The role will encompass a variety of human resources functions such as staffing, recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. You will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance and streamline processes across all our sites in North America.

Key responsibilities:

• Facilitate staffing and recruiting processes to attract and retain top talent

• Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and conducive work environment

• Administer employee benefits and compensation packages

• Conduct employee orientation programs to familiarize new hires with company policies and procedures

• Implement and interpret company policies to ensure consistent application across all sites

• Manage performance management processes including performance reviews and feedback sessions

• Collaborate with other HR partners to create sustainable and consistent processes across all company sites

• Utilize HRMS and other relevant systems such as ADP and Ceridian for efficient HR management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in all HR practices

• Possess proficiency in Spanish language to communicate effectively with diverse employee base.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HRMS, About Time, Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, Compliance, Employee Relations, and Spanish Language are vital for this role.

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now is required.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian is a plus.

• Experience with HRMS and About Time software is preferred.

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration is necessary.

• Compliance and Employee Relations expertise is essential.

• Fluency in Spanish Language is desirable.

• Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are needed.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion is required.

• Experience with employee engagement and talent management is beneficial.

• Proven track record in HR project management is a plus.
