Job Title: Production Operator - ALL SHIFTS

• 1st shift- $20/hr

• 2nd Shift- $21.50.hr

• 3rd Shift $22/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator for all 3 shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand and power tools, specifically drills and rivet guns, and be adept at using measurement tapes. This role involves assembly and manufacturing tasks, and requires someone who is comfortable working with sheet metal and in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools such as drills and rivet guns.

• Accurately measure and select appropriate materials as required by project specifications.

• Perform assembly tasks, including mechanical assembly and crating.

• Handle and process sheet metal using cutting tools, punch presses, and calipers.

• Work with blueprints to ensure precise assembly and construction.

• Manage material handling and ensure proper storage and organization.

• Operate machinery and equipment in a manufacturing warehouse setting.

• Adhere to work orders and production schedules.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, including drills and rivet guns.

• Ability to read and interpret measurement tapes and blueprints.

• Experience in assembly, mechanical tools, and sheet metal handling.

• Familiarity with warehouse and manufacturing environments.

• Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.

• Capability to operate machines and handle shipping tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with sheet metal, construction, or similar work.

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.

• Comfortable working in a loud, non-climate controlled environment.

• Willingness to work outside as needed.

Work Environment

The work environment is a manufacturing warehouse focused on sheet metal production. It is not climate controlled and involves working around loud machinery. You will be standing on a cement floor for the majority of your shift, and may be required to work outside depending on job requirements.
