Insight Global Help Desk Specialist in Commerce, California

Job Description

This retail company is seeking a Help Desk Specialist to join their help desk team! The company is seeking an energetic individual with great communication and customer service skills. This individual will be taking on desktop administration responsibilities, primarily supporting the end users. This position is on-site in Commerce, CA, and is a non-exempt role. There will be required weekend shifts at least once a month (remote). The salary budget for this position is $50,000 - $52,000.

Skills and Requirements

1+ years of experience in a technical support role

  General knowledge of desktop and mobile support

  Great customer service skills

  Strong team collaboration skills Expereince in Windows, ServiceNow, SAP ERP, and/or POS systems

  Retail industry experience null
