We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the city of Commerce, California, in the Drinks & Beverages industry. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. It also involves monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently and accurately process accounts payable

• Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Handle all aspects of check runs, including coding and data entry

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, NetSuite for various tasks

• Manage invoice processing and ensure timely payments

• Maintain precise records of all transactions and activities

• Address any accounts payable inquiries and issues

• Abide by all company procedures and accounting principles

• Utilize NetSuite for various accounting tasks

• Work within the manufacturing sector of the Drinks & Beverages industry.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Drinks & Beverages industry

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all financial records

• Demonstrated experience in Accounts Payable (AP), with a solid understanding of all aspects of the AP process

• Ability to manage Check Runs efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate payments

• Expertise in Coding Invoices, accurately assigning costs to the correct accounts and projects

• Strong Data Entry skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and speed

• Proficient in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, able to create spreadsheets, use advanced formulas and generate reports

• Experience with NetSuite, able to navigate and use the system efficiently
