Summary/Objective:Solder battery sub-assemblies, chargers and accessories by hand according to writtten work instructions. Duties/Responsibilities:1) Melts and applies solder along adjoinging edges of workpieces to solder joints using soldering iron or electronic-ultrasonic equipment.2) Maintain soldering equipment and report damages to supervisor.3) Maintain daily production records.4) Complete daily requirements in fast paced assembly line.5) Maintain and follow established safety and electrostatic discharge procedures. Experience Required: 1+ year Electrical Wiring/Soldering experienceEducation Required: High School or equivalent experienceSkills/Competencies: Ability to read and write English, Basic Math Concepts (addition and subtraction), Precise, steady hand eye coordinationSupervisory Responsibilities: NoWork Environment: Production floor, will come into contact with electronic and mechanical componentsPhysical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods of time, adept hand eye coordination, observe through a microscope, stand, frequently lift and/or move approximately 5 lbs. and on occasion lift a maximum of 15 lbs.
