Rural Resources Community Action is seeking a Housing Rehabilitation Technician. This is a Full-Time, 40 hours a week non-exempt position based in our Arden, WA Warehouse.

* In this key role, you would be responsible for:*

• Experience with installation specifications and the use and applications of weatherization diagnostic monitoring equipment.
• Follow all construction safety principles and practices.
• Rough/finish-carpentry and the use of construction and insulation tools/equipment, including safe handling and accident prevention.
• Organize and prioritize work independently with minimum supervision.
• Operate 1-ton vans safely (must have valid driver's licenses).
• Recognize and solve problems related to home rehabilitation.

To apply for this position, you would need a High School diploma or GED; four years of general construction and repair experience including window, door, and insulation installation.

Any combination of education and experience which would provide the applicant with the desired skills, knowledge, and ability required to perform the job.

[Salary Information]{.underline}

Our Housing Rehabilitation Technician position is offered at $19.87 to $21.49 per hour.  Actual wage will vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, experience and qualifications.  Employees who successfully meet or exceed performance expectations during their annual performance evaluation will be eligible for a 4% wage increase.

*The full salary range for this position is $19.87 to $33.08 per hour and represents the low and high end of the total salary range for this position. *
