Job Description: The Role In the role of the Talent Operations Senior Associate, you will work closely with the Talent Business Advisors and team to build a connection between Talent Solutions and the business with in depth analytics. This role can be conducted onsite, hybrid, or remotely. Responsibilities Create and analyze standard and on-demand robust reporting and presentations. Support with the execution of various talent related processes Manage large volume of Workday data flow and HR transactions ensuring compliance and data integrity Manage CPA licensing reimbursements process and track alternative certification needs Assist with various elements of onboarding, integration and offboarding processes Assist or perform other tasks and special projects as required by the Talent Business Advisor or Tax Operations teams Required skills: Excellent written and verbal communication Superior skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Detail oriented Demonstrated ability to appropriately manage confidential and sensitive matters Ability to work independently and as an effective team member Strong project/program/process coordination capability Ability to think broadly and develop organization awareness quickly Flexibility, agility and ability to manage within ambiguity as necessary Qualifications: Data analytics certification preferred Experience in Workday is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business/Human Resources (or related field) or similar work experience At least 2 years of HR generalist experience preferred Ability to travel approximately 10% annually to attend various firm / business unit / training meetings Our Benefits: At Crowe, we know that great peopleare what makes a great firm.
