Job Summary

Assistant - NPO Coordinator

As the Assistant - NPO (NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION) Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with Staffing Manager all aspects of staffing for game & event days at The Ohio State University.

Responsibilities

Pre-Event

• Preparing Event Day Packets and labeling with location per stand and cart openings.

• Assist with collecting Passgates from NPO Groups and Subcontractors

• Assist with communications to NPO Groups and Subcontractors

  Event Day

• Assist with Passgate Checking in NPO Group and Sub-Contractors

• Assist in locations or with Stand Leads where needed.

• Assist with collection Event Paperwork at end of event

  Post Event

• Completing Event Payout Sheet after Check in- Per Sign in Sheets and Uniforms received

• Compiling Event Paperwork and Scanning to Event Folder

• Assist with Loss Prevention/Safety
