Together. Every day. CHA Consulting, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our Corporate - Human Resources Team remotely from home. YOUR IMPACT CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required. The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for the full life cycle of recruitment and selection of top talent. A successful recruiter at CHA has the ability to develop and implement recruiting plans and strategic sourcing strategies designed to fulfill the companies' staffing needs for all positions and levels. This role will be responsible for leading the staffing efforts for their business sector; building a strong pipeline of candidates that aligns with the company's strategic goals and growth. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or related field required A minimum of 5 years of strong high volume recruitment experience; prior recruiting experience in a professional service firm or the architecture/engineering (A/E) industry strongly preferred Possess the ability to work in a metrics driven environment Ability to be strategic yet own operational initiatives Must be able to work with a high sense of urgency coupled with the ability to remain flexible and creative within a dynamic environment and deliver on commitments and deadlines Proficient Microsoft Office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point Strong verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills and proven relationship-building ability Knows and leverages industry best-practices and trends Ability to travel occasionally SALARY RANGE: $100,000 - $130,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
