Hill International, Inc. Sr. Project Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Hill International is seeking a Project Manager with Pharmaceutical experience in New Albany, Ohio Fully responsible for the direction and execution of every project phase Managing GMP(s) negotiation along with local team Setting quality expectations and measurements/inspection requirements Reviewing/managing the schedule for accuracy and recovery as needed Proactively managing long lead items and their delivery/coordination with construction Working with team to set and execute long term vision/product Limiting/illuminating production down time and interruptions Working through site issues for preferably zero cost solutions Manages one or more projects of moderate complexity Innovation - seeks innovative and novel approaches for design, function and construction Assures that value engineering, constructability reviews and similar processes are effectively utilized to minimize capital expenditures and maximize functional value Interact with all levels of site and all departments involved in project requirements, including but not limited to procurement, engineering, quality, safety and technical services Demonstrates leadership, team-skills, self-confidence, and effective decision making throughout a project Assures compliance with good engineering practices, Company policies, regulations, and codes Provides technical support to operations 15 years of experience is preferred Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field Experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing site engineering department.
