CoverMyMeds is seeking an experienced leader to join our organization as the Senior Director of Customer & Business Insights within the Decision Intelligence pillar of our Data and Analytics organization. Together with our various business units, the work our team does ultimately helps get more people the medicine they need to live healthier lives. What You'll Do This individual will be responsible for leading the Customer & Business Insights team to the next level of maturity. Our goal is to ensure that deep customer and business understanding is the foundation of all critical business decisions, improving the choices we make as a company. We achieve this by focusing on utilizing data-driven techniques to more deeply understand customers in our 5-sided network (Biopharma, Pharmacy, Providers, Payers and Patients), then using the resulting analyses to identify and clearly communicate opportunities to generate even more value for CMM and our customers. As a key leader of the D&A team, you will be at the helm of uniting teams from various legal entities within our organization, elevating our decision intelligence and capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass crafting a forward-thinking strategy to redefine our current business insight delivery methods and implementing analytical techniques to glean valuable insights for our clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a large, cross-functional, complex workforce supporting a broad product portfolio. This role involves leading other leaders; hence, your ability to cast a compelling vision for the future and inspire your team is critical. Develop vision for next stage of growth for Customer & Business Insights Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to identify and scope problems, opportunities, and objectives that can be addressed using data-driven approaches. Consult with and coach your team on conducting high-quality, high-impact analyses, such as: Exploratory data analyses (EDA) to gain a better understanding of the data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies, and generate hypothesis for further investigation. Analytics (e.g. A/B testing) to run product experiments for current & emerging product optimization. Customer journey analytics to identify leakage points for clients. Impact quantification of market or customer events on network Mentor team on various statistical techniques and methods to analyze data, such as descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis, or time series analysis, to uncover insights and relationships between variables. Work with Reporting & Performance Analytics team to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance, identifying deeper analyses to better define areas for improvement. Present data-driven recommendations to business stakeholders, helping them to make informed decisions and improve operations, products, or services (the so what and now what)? Be a champion and coach on insight generation and storytelling, effectively communicating findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, Stay current with the latest development in business analytics, data analysis, and visualization techniques to drive innovation and ensure that the team's methodologies remain cutting edge. Additional Leadership Duties: Build and lead a high-performing team of Business Insights professionals.
