This position, based in Columbus, Ohio, will work in our corporate office with travel required as needed in role.

This role is responsible for driving the New Store opening process, including new store openings and remodels, with speed, efficiency, integrity, and a customer lens. This includes collaboration with the field, Store Operations, Finance, Store Design & Construction, Technology, Workforce Management, HR, Real Estate, Logistics, Procurement, and External Stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Runs the project timeline for all New Store openings including supervising progress, providing updates, confirming completion and completing open issues.

  • Identifies and communicates global trends within Salesforce to alleviate future risk to future new store openings

  • Owns Salesforce system enhancements

  • Maximizes impact of new, remodeled and relocated store openings by providing timely resolution of risk factors and accurate communication of changing details

  • Ability to effectively communicate with varying levels of leadership, including Home Office and Field Leaders

  • Advocate for stores; solicit feedback and drive improvements through strong working relationships with the field and cross functional teams

  • Conduct and manage pre-construction activities related to the New Store Opening process (Barricade & Fixture Transfer)

  • Supports & executes Temp Space/Closure process in collaboration with the Field. Identifies trends and communicates any risk to store opening or operational processes

  • Supports Temp Space & Temp Close Blueprint process with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Collaborate with Technology Partners to create efficiencies within the New Store Opening process. Ensure all technology components are delivered on time for a successful New Store Opening

    Qualifications & Experience

  • Travel up to 50% as needed to support Real Estate openings

  • Ability to work remotely under minimal direction while driving self-development

  • Microsoft Office (specifically Excel, Teams and Outlook) application skills

  • Strong organizational skills, detail and process oriented; strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to adapt in a fast paced and collaborative team environment

  • Ability to track and react quickly to details from multiple partners daily

  • Experience in Platforms a plus (example: Salesforce, SAP, Fexa and Shopify)

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 1-3 years equivalent work experience; 1+ years of retail experience preferred
