Wells Fargo Senior Digital Product Manager - Core Banking Deposits in COLUMBUS, Ohio

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Product Manager to support Core Banking Deposits Technology. The right candidate for this role will be able to quickly orient to expertly serve software engineering scrum teams, applying human centered design in all areas - championing the customer, refining user stories, supporting the team, partnering with scrum leaders & delivery coordinators to execute the roadmap, delivering software with speed & quality.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment

  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy

  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Independently resolve complex issues

  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience delivering Core Banking software solutions in a Product Operating Model

  • Ability to refine feature-level ideas to scrum-level user stories

  • Effective backlog management practices using Jira & Confluence

  • Proficiency presenting vision and wins in customer voice to a wide stakeholder group

  • Comfort navigating complex technical integrations during refinement and prioritization

  • 4+ years of financial product management knowledge, with direct experience in leading technology products in these domains

  • 4+ years of experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and collaboration tools, such as Confluence and Jira

  • 4+ years of knowledge and understanding of product or program management: development of roadmaps, strategies, and management of products ranging from concepts in ideation through to market delivery

  • Experience navigating complex technical integrations during refinement and prioritization

  • Familiarity with SAFe and LeSS

  • Experience with human centered design principles

  • Strong dependency management skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership

  • Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking products

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
