Senior Campaign Developer

Location: This position will work a hybrid I model (remote and in office 1-2 days per week). Candidates must live within 50 miles of our Pulse Point location.

The Senior Campaign Developer will be responsible for participating in all phases of the development and maintenance life cycle, typically for an assigned business unit, client program, or corporate department and utilizing various customer technology platforms.

How you will make an impact:

• Maintains active relationships with marketing managers to determine business requirements.

• Collaborates with engineers and graphic designers, analyzes, and classifies complex change request and reviews and evaluates possible enhancements.

• Works with development team to develop and define application scope and objectives and prepare functional and/or technical specifications.

• Analyzes and evaluates detailed business and technical requirements.

• Utilize HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices to create and code interactive experiences for email.

• Mentors others on coding standards and performs code reviews.

• Research & recommend best practices, efficiencies, and process improvements; be an established email subject matter expert.

• Aids in integrating activities with other IT departments for successful implementation and support of project efforts.

• Monitors the system and identifies system deficiencies.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 3 years’ experience on one platform, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:

• 5+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Ampscript, Email Studio, MobileConnect, Automation Studio and Journey Builder

• Experience leading people, small projects and provide troubleshooting support strongly preferred.

• Experience with multiple Business Intelligence tools, multi database, multi-language or multi business application preferred, strongly preferred.

• Experience with SQL preferred

• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and e-mail regulatory compliance

• Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer

For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $97,600.00 to $175,680.00.

Locations: California, Colorado, District of Columbus (Washington, DC), Hawaii, Nevada, New York, Washington State, Jersey City, NJ
