THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Senior Analyst, IT Corporate Support, you will be responsible for supporting desktop systems and corporate applications at Chipotle’s corporate locations and remote users. You will focus on providing high quality and effective customer service in the support and installation of Windows/Mac laptops and related peripherals. In addition, you will provide support and collaboration with various other IT teams.

The position requires strong customer service skills and a deep commitment to corporate-user satisfaction. Frequent involvement in companywide initiatives and projects. Ability to multitask with a strong work ethic is expected.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide end user customer support for workstations and general office support for IT related equipment including Windows and Mac computers, printers, audio/video equipment, etc.

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting desktop applications: virus protection, workstation backups, MSOffice, etc.

  • Maintain an ongoing queue of service support tickets.

  • Providing training to users on tools and applications.

  • Utilizing Chipotles problem management solution by opening, managing, and resolving tickets in a timely manner.

  • Identifying IT processes at corporate offices in need of improvement, determining ways to streamline and/or automate those processes while implementing those changes.

  • Assessing user and support needs for new processes, creating, documenting, and communicating such needs to the IT Governance Team.

  • Suggesting changes to desktop/laptop hardware environments, testing their impact, and carrying out implementation.

  • Analyzing effectiveness, upgrade, and maintenance of desktop applications (e.g., virus protection software, patching).

  • Maintaining inventory par levels for all necessary hardware and software components.

  • Determining company-wide desktop/laptop hardware needs, ordering new hardware, configuring new and replacement hardware, and tracking desktop/laptop hardware assets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Have an advanced technical degree in a related field or an equivalent in education and experience.

  • Have 3-5 years supporting computer hardware and software in an official capacity. Be knowledgeable of and understand Windows, Apple OS and Mobile OS, including peripheral software and hardware installation, configuration and maintenance.

  • A working knowledge of all versions of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory Services.

  • Will possess a practical understanding of macOS and iOS devices.

  • Be highly organized with excellent process management and prioritization skills.

  • Have the ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive and calm demeanor in trying situations.

  • Possess the ability to acquire and evaluate data.

  • Be self-reliant, detail oriented, objective and focused on customer service with candor and honest communication.

  • Be able to work with confidential information.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $65,000.00–$90,500.00. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
