Job Title: Quality ManagerJob Description

Responsibilities: - Serve as the location's expert in understanding and implementing the ISO 9001 standard, supporting the overall Quality Management System. - Lead and support all local quality improvement initiatives, ensuring all managers, process owners, and supervisors develop and maintain their part of the Quality Management System. - Manage 4 direct reports: 2 Quality Assurance and 2 Quality Coordinators. - Conduct both internal and external quality audits. - Identify quality gaps and strategize solutions to close those gaps. - Collaborate closely with the Global Quality Manager. - Oversee compliance, including investigating incidents and managing documentation. - Develop and roll out operating procedures, including training. - Provide development and coaching to direct reports. - Lead communication with the Quality team at the Minnesota facility, including quarterly travel to the site.

Will report to the Regional Plant Operations Director. Opportunity to add significant value within the Quality team and play an integral role in the development of the Quality team for this site and the company as a whole.
