About the role!
You will provide proposal and graphics communication support for sales pursuits and existing clients. You are responsible for supporting proposal development, slide deck configuration, developing client newsletters and more.
This role will be critical in supporting proposal creation and/ or revision, managing communications and owning data gathering process for RPF/RFI among other sales related documents.
What You’ll Do:
Draft and edit internal and external communication including presentations, email memos, etc. Pitch stories and provide management support for media interview prep.
Create advanced content press releases for distribution
Receive and review confidential information and develop executive messaging.
Assist management with advanced administrative needs.
Gather documentation to complete proposals, RFP/ RFI, forms and/ or process documentation
Assist with creating marketing campaigns that include division information materials, comparable market evaluations, and targeted mailing lists.
Support Sales team members with the implementation of business strategies.
Resolve client issues and reply to client pricing inquiries.
Track and report on replies and communications from sourcing activities.
Maintain and update marketing database system, intranet, and external website.
Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products and graphics tools. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Internet research and web publishing skills.
Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
Role is remote and supports continental USA, may need to adjust work schedule to support different time zones.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Proposal and Content Specialist position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Proposal and Content Specialist position is $80,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance
