Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in Columbus, Ohio for a Presentation Specialist. The role primarily functions in the industry of Office Functions, with a focus on creating and managing presentations. The environment encourages interaction with diverse backgrounds and requires a strong grasp of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities:
• Handle the creation of pitch books, presentations, and other documents utilizing the Office Suite.
• Communicate effectively with clients to receive work and instructions according to established procedures.
• Assist other presentation specialists in improving their skills and learning new shortcuts.
• Independently carry out all reprographic tasks as requested by the DTP team and the client.
• Conduct Quality Assurance on personal work and the work of others to ensure highest standards are met.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in an environment with changing priorities.
• Supervise and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Participate in the hiring process and contribute to upgrades within the office. Requirements • Proficiency in Office Functions to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Procedures to maintain company standards.
• Expertise in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
• Experience in Supervising to manage and lead teams effectively.
• Ability to create engaging Presentations to communicate information effectively.
• Understanding of Hiring Processes to aid in recruitment and onboarding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations.
• Familiarity with system Upgrades to maintain up-to-date technology.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance to ensure high standards are met.
• Understanding of Perks to attract and retain employees.
• Ability to work in a Multi-Functional role to handle diverse tasks.
• Experience in creating Pitch Books to support business proposals.
• Strong Organizational skills to manage tasks and schedules effectively.
