Physical Therapist -Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema Job ID 275601 Location US-OH-Columbus Experience (Years) 0 Category Therapy - Cancer Rehabilitation Street Address 3773 Olentangy River Road, Suite 201 Company NovaCare Rehabilitation Position Type Part Time Regular Overview Ohio Health is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist (Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema) in Columbus, OH Part Time Our Olentangy River Road physical therapy center in Columbus, OH is looking for a compassionate and driven licensed Physical Therapist with a special interest in cancer rehab and lymphedema to provide exceptional patient care experiences on a part time basis. This large center has 6 physical therapists and 2 physical therapist assistants that serve a diverse patient population including ortho, vestibular/concussion, dry needling, sports, aquatics, amputees, and oncology. Interest in cancer rehab and lymphedema required, experience preferred. We are willing to cover lymphedema certification training costs for clinicians with interest/experience but not yet certified. At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience preferred but we are able to consider new graduates for this position. Responsibilities Understand appropriate state practice acts and adhere to the laws which govern how physical therapists may practice and whom physical therapists may supervise. Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations. Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly. Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times. Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by the center manager. Qualifications
