Description We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for a PC Technician in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves working closely with Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, and Networking. The position requires expertise in Operating Systems and Active Directory, and the ability to handle Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments, and Deskside Support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Dell Technologies systems and ensure their seamless operation.

• Work with EO/IR systems and ensure their optimal performance.

• Utilize Microsoft tools for various tasks and projects.

• Manage networking tasks, including troubleshooting and maintenance.

• Maintain and manage Operating Systems for optimal performance.

• Handle tasks related to Active Directory, including management and troubleshooting.

• Take care of Computer Hardware, including maintenance and upgrades.

• Manage Configuration Management tasks efficiently.

• Handle Deployments, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

• Provide Deskside Support to users, resolving issues promptly. Requirements • Proficiency in Dell Technologies is required

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is a necessity

• Must possess strong skills in Microsoft software and tools

• Networking skills are essential for this role

• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Operating Systems

• Knowledge and experience in Active Directory is required

• Must have hands-on experience with Computer Hardware

• Configuration Management skills are a must-have

• Experience in Deployments is necessary

• Deskside Support skills are essential for this role
