Position Summary: The Operations Supervisor Lead assists Telhio support services (Operations and Scanning Departments). The Lead monitors and directs their team in the day to day responsibilities of the Operations Department. This includes managing the work flow, planning the use of staffing, promoting a culture of teamwork, and ensuring first and second line members are being supported by the Operations Department. The Lead is to ensure that staff is knowledgeable in their roles and be a resource for staff to turn to for assistance. What you will do: Leadership, Development and Problem Solving for the operations department Ensure current work flow and procedures are communicated, trained and are used/ followed in day to day operations Act as Trainer for the Operations Dept Ensure that all staff utilizes the available tools/resources to perform their duties/responsibilities Work with Ops team to improve processes and procedures Research and Determine Resolution Options, Select Resolution, Initiate solution and close Provide feedback to Operations Manager on staff development, progression, and needs. Work closely with Operations Manager to improve efficiencies within the department and to promote growth of team Work alongside the Operations team to accomplish daily, weekly, monthly tasks/goals Monitor DNA Publisher ticket system and group emails to ensure tasks are being completed accurately and timely Verify GLs used for recovery/trustee payments is being utilized correctly and is balanced Verify loan C/O are processed monthly, reported accurately, and adjustments are all noted Contributes to the team image of answering questions, efficient and accurate transactions, informing about other related products and services, assisting other team members when needed, engaging other team members into interactions with first and second line members Constructive communication and behaviors with Team Members Mentoring and Coaching other Team Members What you will need: Must have a minimum of 3 months experience working in the Telhio Operations team to be elidable to apply for this position High School graduate, G.E.D., BS/BA Degree Preferred Certified in H S A Administration, Trusts Administration, and IRA Administration Registered Notary Knowledge of Regulations, Policies, Procedures and Transaction software Time Management Effective communication Skills (written, listening, inquiry, explaining) Working knowledge of CRM, DNA, Excel, and Metavante Ability to Achieve Positive Outcomes with Upset/Anxious members Telhio applicants must be able to pass a background check including: Credit, Drug Screen, Bondability, & Criminal Background.
