Welder for its first shift operation (5 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.) four days a week at the company's 200,000 sqft Blacklick, Ohio manufacturing facility. The welder will weld metal components together utilizing Mig, Tig, and Resistance welding. Salary, Benefits, and Advancement Opportunities: Starting hourly wage of $20 to $22 depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Welds metal parts together using MIG, TIG, and RESISTANCE welding or brazing and any combination of welding processes.

• Interprets engineering drawings to determine Weld Layout, Critical to Quality Characteristics (CTQ), and overall specifications required to produce quality product.

• Performs related tasks such as thermal cutting and grinding.

• Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts.

• Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding.
